Non-refundable booking fee @ £25 - PAID ONLINE £70 on the day of the session will be due - CASH ONLY 15 minute session at Gabrielle Davies Photography Studio, Wrexham Booking fee is deducted from all package options - Session includes 2x set ups (Light / bright & Traditional ) - Private online gallery for you to view and select your favourites, available within 7 days - Session is for immediate family only, however you may book back-to-back sessions with your friend / family and arrive together so that you can have a wider variety of images between the little ones Package Options: 3x Digital images £95 5x Digital images £145 All digital images £195 £30 discount on full galleries when booking back to back sessions with friends & family, both parties must book the full gallery option together, £30 is deducted from the total of both combined A welcome guide will be available 2 weeks prior to your session. By paying the booking fee, you are agreeing to the following: - The £25 booking fee is non-refundable should you no longer require my services. The fee covers my admin time already put into creating your booking, cancelling your booking should you no longer require it, and reserving the session space which otherwise could have been booked by another family. - The sessions are designed to capture up to 5 children maximum due to studio space. - The sessions are per ONE family only. Please arrive on time and with your children dressed and ready for the shoot, as the sessions are booked back-to-back and these are 'mini sessions' meaning a shorter period of time. A waiting room is available should you wish to arrive 5 minutes before your session, to allow for your children to settle into the studio environment. Please do not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your session as this may disrupt other families, and may be overwhelming for the other children who wish for privacy. If you are late for your session, then unfortunately your session time will be cut short or may be cancelled. - Gabrielle Davies Photography is not held responsible for the behaviour of the parties involved within the session. Should the parties not be co-operative during the session, the booking fee is still non-refundable and covers the time spent on the session. - Gabrielle Davies Photography cannot be held responsible if due to un co-operative behaviour, Gabrielle Davies cannot capture all of the images the client had expected.
